At PT Fajar Nasional Cipta, he is leading a team that oversees operations, product development, strategy, sales, and partnerships. Under Jason’s leadership, the company launched PT Formula Distribusi Kimia, another agriculture company of Kodel Group. This significantly expanded PT Fajar Nasional Cipta’s portfolio and further solidified its position as the leading company in the agriculture sector of Indonesia.

Jason joined PT Fajar Nasional Cipta with more than 8 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, focusing on sales and customer success. He brings his expertise in building relationships, strategic planning, project management, and talent development to the company. Previously, Jason served as a project manager at Mercure Hotel in North Jakarta for five years. During his tenure there, Jason oversaw a successful multi-year renovation project, spanning suites and guest rooms, event spaces, and public areas.

Among his prior experiences, Jason founded and led a culinary company based in the San Francisco Bay Area, serving companies such as Google, Chevron, and Visa. Originally from San Francisco, California, Jason has lived in Jakarta with his wife and two daughters since 2015
